JUNG SOOK SUNG is a triple-aged Korean pork house with three locations — the Sharosu-gil flagship and Seodaemun in Seoul, and Sejong. AI-robot first-grilling and a smokeless downdraft roaster make for a refined, comfortable premium experience.
It is our signature three-stage process — wet aging and light dry aging, plus a natural kelp aging step — which deepens umami and preserves the meat's juices.
We use a downdraft roaster with no overhead smoke ducts, minimizing smoke and odor in the room. You can dine without worrying about smell on your clothes.
Use the reserve button on each location to book or join the remote waitlist via Naver Booking or CatchTable. Options may differ by location.
The Sharosu-gil flagship is the AI-robot hotspot, Seodaemun fits groups and dinners with up to 70 seats, and Sejong is great for families with a kids' room.
